Issued by Placer Savings & Loan Association, with a notation on the front cover "Compliments of Placer Savings." Illustrated with vintage photographs and drawings. While undated, this appears to be a slightly expanded version of the 1966 first edition, Ad for Placer Savings inside back cover.
