Has a copyright of 1899, but printing date by Washington Government Printing Office is 1900. Contains 30 full page framable maps of the Philippine Islands. What a piece of history! Can you imagine the work in creating these detail maps? This was pre-World War II, yet the U.S. Military required these maps beforehand to be successful. Cover is a worn brown leather.
