Hardcover. Presumed first edition (NAP) . SIGNED & inscribed by author. Hardcover, 9 3/4 x 12 1/4 inches, 261 pp, beautifully illustrated with 244 B&W and color photographs. Very good in a fair dustjacket. DJ has a c. 4 inch tear along fold of front flap, 3x3 inch chip off left corner of rear panel, several lesser tears and chips. Book itself has a few small (under 1/2 inch) nicks at head and foot of spine, corners bumped, edge of last free ep creased, starting to age yellow, o/w tight, clean, crisp, unmarked and probably never read. Text in Finnish, with a summary of the intro in English. A presentation of the medieval statues and paintings found in the churches of Finland. Harder to find.
