Boards darkened and a little rubbed at top and bottom of spine; previous owner's name neatly in margins of map on front free endpaper, pages 14 and 15 have been stuck together and re-opened with slight surface loss (around 1" in diameter) to margins and background of illustration; pages 20 - 27, 31 and 35 have minor crayon marks in margins or background; page 37 has general crayon scribbling. Otherwise a good to very good copy of this well illustrated children's book.
