Raro primo numero in originale del periodico ufficiale del gruppo Fluxus, una pubblicazione d'artista in formato giornale che oggi, sul mercato antiquario, è spessissimo confusa con la ristampa anastatica fattane poco più di dieci anni dopo, a Milano, per le cure di Flash Art e King Kong International. L'unica maniera di distinguere i fascicoli originali da quelli della ristampa è il formato (nettamente più corto di 1 cm per lato nella ristampa, che misura 58 x 44 cm contro i 59 x quasi 46 cm dell'originale) e la qualità della carta, che negli originali è molto bassa e leggera (e pertanto si presenta oggi evidentemente brunita e fragile), mentre nella ristampa è più spessa e bianca (fatto salvo il normale lieve ingiallimento dovuto al tempo). -- «Fluxus cc V TRE» (poi nota con altri nomi tipo «Fluxus cc Valise eTRanglE», «Fluxus cc fiVe ThRee», «Fluxus Vacuum TRapEzoid» eccetera) fu per un lustro la pubblicazione periodica ufficiale del movimento neo dada: ne uscirono quattro fascicoli da gennaio a giugno 1964, poi due fascicoli nel 1965 (marzo e luglio) e ancora due nel 1966 (febbraio e maggio) e tre irregolari rispettivamente nel 1970, nel 1976 e nel 1979 per un totale di 11 numeri in formato giornale autocopertinato (tranne l'ultimo, di formato minore e di sedici pagine). -- Le pubblicazioni di Fluxus erano contrassegnate dalla parola «Fluxus» seguita dalle lettere dell'alfabeto; nel caso di questo giornale venne utilizzata la doppia «c», preesistendo una pubblicazione contrassegnata dalla «c» semplice. Il seguito del titolo, «V TRE», fu ispirato a Brecht da un'insegna al neon parzialmente spenta.
