First trade edition. 461pp. Thick octavo [24 cm] Orange cloth over boards with brown ink stamped titles and green ink stamped borders on the spine and front board. Good. There are large, but light damp stains on the boards, more so the front. The front pastedown has a couple of previous notations from former owners.
