It is 9 1/4" by 7" and has about 40 pages with great illustrations on the right hand page and a story told in verse on the left. It looks to be a really nice introduction to both poetry . . . and a little island with animal life upon it. It's in nice enough shape that it could be given as a gift. Thank you!.
