Unbound. Condition: Very Good. No publisher, place or date. Presumed 1972. Two sheets of paper, stapled together at the upper left, one legal sized, one 8 ½ by 11 inches. Four total pages. Printed in dark blue ink, presumably a photomechanically reproduced copy. A statement issued by lawyers representing members and leaders of Vietnam Veterans Against the War, alleging Richard Nixon and the Justice Department served between 20-40 members of the organization with subpoenas in order to keep them from demonstrating at the Democratic National Convention in Miami. A resolution by the Democratic Party condemning the move is also included, as is what appears to be a copy of a telegram sent to Attorney General Richard Kleindeinst. VERY GOOD condition. Legal sized sheet folded to the same size as the smaller sheet. Minor toning and wrinkling.
