This book was published by Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service to celebrate The First 50 Years of Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration (Pitman-Robertson) Act. Apparently a "Jim and Joyce" did a great bit of volunteer service to aid in the publication of this book and this book may have been presented to "Jim ad Joyce". The first three endpaper pages have 12 little short notes each one praising the work of "Jim and Joyce". The twelve people who signed their notes were Leroy, Carol, Terrie, Dennis, Bob Hines, Christine, Richard Aegan, Michael Bonel, Phil, Peg, and Ranger Bob. Ronald Reagan wrote a three page letter on White House stationary. Illustrated with color photography throughout.
