Plates are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Water staining to plate to page 48. Stains, markings and creasing to some pages. Pages 293-300 detached but still present. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends causing fraying to cloth. Staining and wear marks overall.
