Book is clean & tight with bumped corners, moderate wear through to board to one lower corner, 2 minor crease to lower corner of back free endpaper, light toning to pages, pictorial cover is nice & bright. Dust jacket has a large (2" X 4") piece missing from lower corner of back panel, a 1" piece missing from foot of spine, a smaller piece missing from upper edge, several closed tears. Jacket, with its nice, bright illustration is very acceptable in a protective mylar sleeve. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Hard Cover.

Unpaginated, circa 30 pp, with full page, colour illustrations throughout. In laminated card covers. Oblong 8vo. Covers worn, rubbed on corners, marked, linen over spine fraying at ends. Rubbed at edges. Internally toned at page edges, front hinge partially cracked, occasional small mark on pages, some signs of clean fingering. We would not usually offer a book in only fair condition but this is a hard to find title, with Hoffman's illustrations and can be expensive. This copy may serve to fill a gap in a collection or trigger a childhood memory until a better copy can be sourced and afforded.
