Foxing to the fore-edges, endsheets and at a few points in the textblocks. Embossed inscription at the top edge of the title page of volume I. Previous owner's signature on the front endsheet of Volume I with pencil marking and erasures to the textblocks. The textblocks are bright and complete with sound binding.
