Book
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Reprint. Black cloth spine, light green paper covered boards, pp.280. Illustrated. First reprint of original edition of previous year, published in conjunction with Hodder and Stoughton. In what appears to be a homemade but effective old dustwrapper of stout brown paper, with illustration similar to actual frontis and paper spine label probably both lifted from original wrapper. This is splitting extensively up the spine, worn edges and corners, darkened, but still attractive in its own way. Cover margins slightly sunned, with very slight wear to foot of spine, but otherwise boards clean and bright. Owners name to front endpaper. Prelims light to moderately foxed, occasional spotting in text. Overall VG.
