Condition: Fair. 1949. First Edition. 449 pages. Fully bound in brown leather with pictorial decoration to front board. Contains colour illustrated plates. Pages and plates are lightly tanned and foxed throughout. Minor pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Binding is shaky. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Leather peeling to all surfaces, with noticeable scuffing and scratches overall. Stickers to rear board. Moderate sunning to spine and edges.
