xxii, 633pp, many tables and diagrams. 25x18, illustrated wraps Very good indeed. Hugely detailed sector-by-sector analysis of the problems facing London's economy, and how to fix it, published on the brink of the GLC's abolition. A huge amount of work, but it's hard to shake the sense of a shrinking group of people talking to themselves as outside the city moved on without them.
