A plenary symposium on the anthropological study of war was held at the 1967 annual meetings of the American Anthroplogical Association in Washington, DC. The organization motivated by concern for the war in Vietnam, invited papers and discussions from about sixteen scholars who had shown interest sin the study of war. This volume contains the papers, discussants' contributions, and comments from the floor during the symposium. Condition: Corners bumped and rubbed wrappers lightly rubbed else very good.
