stapled wraps. Condition: Good. No Jacket. black and white illustrations (illustrator). 1st Edition. Stapled wraps, 23 pages with picture of diving mask on front cover and black and white photos of divers using their equipment on rear cover. The catalog in is good condition with some wear and discoloration on covers. The contents are tight and clean. Still a nice copy. During WWII, E.R. Fenimore Johnson was a naval lieutenant involved with underwater explosive tests and photography. After the war, he organized the Fenjohn Underwater Photo and Equipment Company which specialized in underwater gear and also secured patents for innovative underwater photography equipment. This catalog is undated, but is probably from the late 1950s. It includes underwater cameras and accessories, diving equipment, SCUBA equipment and diving accessories, such as watches. Fennimore-Johnson and the Fenjohn Company were leaders in making diving more popular and accessible to the public, but their catalogs are very hard to find today.
