Der Rat der Autorinnen an die Frauen ist: Sucht Euch einen eigenen Weg und kopiert keine männlichen Karrieren. Dies funktioniert auf Dauer nicht. Wenn Ihr etwas bewegen wollt, dann tut es jetzt. Denn die Zeit ist reif. Die Autorinnen führten zahlreiche Interviews mit bekannten und interessanten Frauen, die in machtvollen Positionen tätig sind oder waren und trotz sehr verschiedener Lebens- und Karrierewege auffallend ähnliche Gedanken und Erlebnisse schildern.
