Based on the 1874 play "Les Deux Orphelines," by Adolphe d'Ennery and Eugene Cormon, about two sisters who are caught up in the events of the French Revolution. The last film directed by D.W. Griffith to feature sisters Lillian and Dorothy Gish. Set in France. 10 x 8 inches. Very Good plus overall.
