Original yellow clothe with modern design and typography in red and blue on cover, blue lettering on spine., protected by modern mylar. Frontispiece drawing of F. A. B. by Orlik. Publisher's device on title page. With essays by Herbert Eulenberg, A Personal Sketch, and Max Osborn, and a statement "On Living" by Fritz August Breuhaus. A Critique. Profusely illustrated with color and b/w offset illustrations of architectural drawings, plans and b/w photographs of exteriors and interiors, including accessories, of impressive architecture by Breuhaus, including an extensive section on The Bremen." Photographs by August Sander, Hugo Schmölz, Hans Finsler, Karl Rogge, J. Becker, Rud. Stickelmann, J. Söhn, H. Engelke, Anton Sahm, Luftverkehr Strähle and Photo Worsinger. Contains list of architectural projects between 1909 and 1929. Text in English and German. Binding with light sunning along edges and spine. Two very small stains on front, one on back cover. Small closed tears at joints at head and tail of spine. Previous owner's nicely penned signature on front free endpaper. Binding in overall good, interior in very good condition.
