It is a limited edition and this copy is #368/1000, it has been inscribed by the author/photographer on the front flyleaf. DESCRIPTION: Plain paper dust jacket with title and author to front panel, grey cloth over boards with title and author in gilt to the front board. Measures 12 1/2" by 9 5/8"; pagination: [1-8], 9-86, [87-88]. Overall very good condition. The dust jacket is in very good condition, with a 1/8" chip missing from bottom of front panel at joint and 1/8" chip missing from bottom of spine, slight losses at flap folds, age toning, not price clipped. The book is in very good condition with slight discoloration at foot of spine.

Geoffrey Bangs and Henry Temple Howard (parties of the first part, remaining under name of John Galen Howard & Associates) and Henry C. Collins and Charles F. B. Roeth (parties of the second part, retiring from the partnership). Includes: 16 holograph sheets in pen and pencil appears to be initial attempt to create defining the terms of the agreement; 2. 5 holograph sheets in pen and pencil, later version; 3. 4 pp. typed with holograph notes re changes; 4. 4 pp. typed carbon copy of agreement with changes from previous;.5. 5 pp typed carbon copy with holograph additions, appears later than prior versions. 6. 1 typed sheet (in duplicate) of the 'Notice of Retirement of Partners' to be signed by Collins and Roeth with a copy of the note to appear in the newspapers and elsewhere. All sheets are 8.5 x 11 inches. Holograph by unknown hand.
