Hardcover - Early printing. An early series from the Stratemeyer Syndicate and one of its more long running and profitable ones - this continues the adventures of brothers Tom, Sam, and Dick Rover. Reportedly, Stratemeyer himself wrote these books, instead of using ghost writers. In the introduction to this title, he mentions that more than 1 million copies of these books have been sold, and the ad in the back states that a million and a half copies have been sold (where are they all?) .
