Bonus.There is an original period copy of Oil City Ordinance 682 from 1909 laid inside. It discusses electric signage rules and regulations for businesses. Ordinance is torn and folded, but is still a neat addition to this piece of local history. HC beige cloth boards have black font on the spine, and are extensively soiled and rubbed. Lower corners bumped and rubbed throgh, upper corners and spine ends not as bad. End pages and page edges are soiled with light edge foxing throughout. Front gutter hinge stretched but holding, rear hinged cracked open but still functioning. Some pages have folded corners, page 351 has two two inch tears. Pages are all here. Slight musty smell, square book with no leaning, no po names or other markings throughout, not ex-library. No DJ as issued. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
