Stapled Pamphlet. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. Various (Photographs) (illustrator). This large pamphlet style book has stiff paperboard covers, interior binding [staples] have loosed from covers. Tape repair spines, ex-library stampings and labels. Inside of covers show some darkening, spill marks. Interior text is mostly clean and binding tight, a child has added color to a couple of the illustrations. Due to the width of this book, it will require additional shipping outside the United States. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Ex-Library.
Paperback. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Over-sized stapled softbound (quarto). Covers are colored card stock. Front cover shows Shirley ebracing two cute dogs. Some wear to the covers (mostly along the spine edge. The faint tide line from a water stain at the leading edge of the rear cover. No distortion of the book from reading or improper shelving. Pages are tight and clean with no marks. No scribbles, no crayon. No name of previous owner. No odor. No soiling. No sun fading. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.

1935-oversize format, 24x25, 40pp, b/w photos, many full page, color illustrated wrappers, front cover worn, oversize brown taped spine, 6 small chunks of pen marks to her name, creases to covers and corners, light pencil coloring to some photos, they even appear like sepia, previous owners 4 letter scrawl and a faint outline of a drawn girl in a bathing suit on back of front cover, 2 small cover tears. Interior text and photos good. 'The baby who captured the world'. Photos courtesy Fox, Shirley and Mother combine to publicise her achievements even further.
