Faint stain along inner seam of a number of pages, half-title page seam has some darkening from what appears to be pencil lead. Signed and inscribed by the author in blue ink in the top right corner of the first blank page, "With sincere regard, William H. Rowe," dated December 14, 1929. This page also features an inscription in blue ink from a previous owner, "To R.B. Rideout, from J. Paul Rideout, 1928." Overall a nice copy.
