This copy has no Dust Jacket but is a very good indeed/near fine copy. Red cloth hardcovers which are just a tiny bit faded. Stain free cloth hardcovers. Sir Alfred Munnings signature bottom right in gold on front hardcover. Beige spine with no splits to the bottom or top of the spine. Just tiny, tiny creases of normal shelf wear.Small mark towards the top of the spine. Clean end papers with charming illustration of the artist painting on his easel in black and white. Clean title page(one tiny, tiny mark); superb black and white frontispiece of Sir Alfred in his studio at Castle House, Dedham. Hundred of superb black and white illustrations including two wonderful nudes. The pages are NOT foxed, they are clean and bright and the spine is tight. The outside edges of the pages (seen from the outside) are not foxed. This copy is being sold by a longstanding UK bookseller and NOT a mass lister. This infers that this book is just as described and has no other faults. It will be packed in a box. An excellent copy reflecting a wonderful period of art history. As an art lover myself, I love this copy.
