Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. The author has signed this volume on the front free end paper in ink. There are 60 pages, including the Index, to this approximately 8 1/2 by 11 inch volume with black cloth boards which have gilt lettering on the spine. The front board also is decorated with a stylized sun in gilt. There are light surface marks to the boards, but he corners remain sharp and the spine ends stiff. The frontispiece to this volume is a photographic image of Harry and Caresse Crosby. Caresse Crosby also wrote a small piece for this volume called, "How It Began." An Errata slip is laid in between pages 28-29 to correct the printing for entry A-31. This First Edition was limited to 1250 copies.
