Embossed spine, would have once been attractive with gilt and cross binding, but now TATTY with 35mm of covering missing from top and 50mm missing from bottom, titles are clear. Marbled end papers on all sides. Slight foxing to text, otherwise clean and unimpeded. Binding feels strong and spund. A good working copy, or for repair, thus priced down accordingly.
