1928 (39th Edition). Good+/No Dust Jacket. Narrow 8vo (9" tall x 4-1/4"), 91 pages, in cardboard box. Book has illustrated (black trunk w/ green and yellow sunflower) leather-like cover, and sunflower-illustrated endbapers. The book's wrapper has only very light corner wear and the contents are clean. With the exception of the end papers, however, the leaves have broken almost completely loose from the binding, while remaining attached to each other. The protective box, with the same design as the book, is rubbed, has edge wear and is torn in all but one corner. Text consists of letters between a fictional urban transplant to Kansas and the 'folks back home'.
