This is #5 of only 100 sets issued and the entire collection is neatly contained in a light-brown paper chemise and a folded, hand-made paper box by Andrew James Smith, and is signed at the colophon by the editor Greg Gatenby. Additionally, apart from the broadsides themselves, there's a title page and a Greg Gatenby Afterword. Laid into this copy as well is the publisher's original prospectus and order form, and the "specification" sheet.
