Hardback. Condition: VG-. Dust Jacket Condition: No DW. 2nd Edition. GREEK AND LATIN TEXT. Clean tight text ijn old full leather with raised bands. Lacks front endpaper. Most joints and hinges worn and/or cracked but covers holding well by strings.Lacking the original title label but pale brown panel beneath has stamped title still legible. ?Contemporary armorial bookplate of Townley featuring their arms (Argent, on a fesse sable, a cinquefoil or, in chief three mullets of the second) in wreaths of flowers etc but not their name. From the library of Town Head House (Windermere). Dustwrapper/dustjacket is in very good minus condition with minor but noticeable signs of wear and/or age.

Armorial plate of Francis Earl of Killmorey on fep. Bound in full contemporary tan leather with gilt lettering on maroon spine label. Five raised bands on spine. Gilt tooling to edges of boards. Top and bottom of spine lightly rubbed. Corners rubbed. Binding sound and tight. Overall condition VG.
