Disbound. Condition: Fair. Philip Brannon. (illustrator). 1st Edition. 22 steel engraved plates by Philip Brannon and letterpress descriptions to each design by the authors. All the plates are affected by foxing especially the outer edge of the plates, each still have their tissue guards, but seemingly part of the foxing effect and not helped the plates? The boards are detached and the spine off, with only part salvaged, loosely inserted, small binders label inside rear board "W. Budden. Southampton". Original illustrated paper boards but top board also marked with a slash of some sort, this might remove. Previous owners name on front free endpaper " Thomas Bowen Architect, Nantwich, (Cheshire) March 1857". Tall slim folio. *Note; This was the only edition of this work.
