The glamorous tale includes anecdotes about a cast of characters including Coco Chanel, Schiaparelli, Christian Berard, Babe Paley and others. DJ is in a protective brodart. Spine is completely sun faded without color. DJ is worn at the corners and ends of the spine but remains bright and eye-catching on the front cover. Signed by previous owner on front free endpaper. No date on title page. Copyright page is dated April 1960. Stated second printing. 312 pages. Interiors are clean and unmarked. Overall, a good and readable copy.
