He was a descendant of the prominent Quellinus family of artists, who mainly worked in Antwerp. . He was a student of Peter Paul Rubens. Condition: good, given age. Light soiling. Short margins. He holds shop in Overasselt, a small town on the Maas river near Nijmegen, The Netherlands, which can be visited by appointment. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Antiquarians (NVVA) and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB).
