Raspberry. Etching on laid paper. Watermark: Monogram Made by 'Jacob L'Admiral' after own design. Jacob L'Admiral (1694-1770) was a French born entomologist, miniature painter and engraver from Normandy, active in Amsterdam. Very good, given age. Ample margins. Two small tears in lower margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully. The overall size is ca. 28 x 43.5 cm. The image size is ca. 19.6 x 28.8 cm.
