Cloth Bound Hardback. Condition: Fair. First Edition. In grey cloth with gilt titles to spine and blue titles to front. 409 pages with 125 black and white illustrations. There is shelf wear to the cover, particularly the extremities with damage to the first 1" of the head and tail of the spine. There is a small ink stain to the bottom of the front board. The spine is a little slack and the hinges are shaky. There is offsetting to the feps. The frontispiece and title page are laid in.
