Both book and the wrapper are in remarkable condition A fine monograph on the work of David Low who was cartoonist for the Evening Standard. He had made his name in the period running up to the second world war, but during the war he became a central part of the war effort with his devastating cartoons of the strutting Hitler and the Axis leaders.
