Internally a very good copy of this tribute, published in a numbered edition of 500 copies, although the red cloth boards are damp stained and have a musty odour which is obscured by damaged thick plastic wraps. This is number 359 and is one of the 250 copies that were distributed by Cassell & Co and Cassell Australia Ltd Christmas 1965. Seller Inventory # 001666

Just 500 copies printed, of which those numbered 1-250 were in the 'gift of the author' with the remaining copies numbered 251-500 distributed by the publisher. This copy is number 427. Brick red buckram hardback with a gilt lettered monogrammatic label to the upper cover. Firm and square, sharp corners, strong joints, just sunned along the top edge. Contents crisp, tight and clean. No pen-marks, no stamps. Size: 197mm x 130mm. Pages: 8. Thus a very scarce item (none were offered for sale) in better than very good condition. Seller Inventory # 128324
