49 pages. Bound in stiff card paper-covered boards with a red cloth spine strip lettered in black. The boards are somewhat grubby and rubbed and the paper is lifting from the rear board. The text block is slightly foxed and toned with some dog-eared corners. Loosely inserted into the book is a pamphlet titled 'Diabetes for the Diabetic' by Dr. J. G. Fox, two smaller pamphlets regarding diabetic diet at the hospital and a folded printed sheet dated May 1947 regarding "Diabetes Mellitus". Seller Inventory # 5172
