I will be charging the additional amount for international shipping. If I receive an order outside the U.S.. I will contact the buyer and ask if they are willing to pay the additional fee for international shipping.

I almost always offer free shipping, but if the buyer wants special shipping packaging, I will try to accomodate and increase the fee for shipping as necessary.
