12mo., viii, 138, [2], 139-150 pages. In Good condition. Bound in contemporary quarter calf with marbled boards and faded gilt titling to spine. Spine shows extensive wear with significant loss to head and tail of spine. Moderate wear and rubbing to binding. Frontispiece and pages 99-106 loose but present. Title page through page 12 and pages 87-94 mostly detached from binding. Ink ownership inscription to front free end paper. Volume contains a frontispiece of the Capital, a plate of the President's House, a plate of George Town College and Columbia College, and a plate of Arlington House. AB Consignment.
