Spine shows extensive wear with significant loss to head and tail of spine. Moderate wear and rubbing to binding. Frontispiece and pages 99-106 loose but present. Title page through page 12 and pages 87-94 mostly detached from binding. Ink ownership inscription to front free end paper. Volume contains a frontispiece of the Capital, a plate of the President's House, a plate of George Town College and Columbia College, and a plate of Arlington House. AB Consignment.
