Library stamps on page block, top edge dusted. 376pp with ghosting present on fep from erased pencil marks, foxing from the acid in the paper on preliminaries. 2 exlib stamps but no pocket or evidence of ever having one all pages present. Missing jacket. A 20th century sporting novel of the fox hunting field with the Mullenboden Hounds. Deals with the adventures and various mishaps of a young man who, under his cousin's name, takes a pack of hounds, his sister acting as whip Tinker is their mongrel terrier.
