Original wrappers, faint water staining, remains of plain brown paper covering backstrip, some pencilling on front wrapper. Lower outside corner of several leaves creased. Collated and complete. Sabin 65706. Pencilled signature of James Chandler, of New Ipswich, New Hampshire, in upper blank margin of front wrapper. Includes reports on state prisons, houses of refuge and state farms for juvenile delinquents, help for discharged convicts, and provisions for the "insane poor.". Seller Inventory # 002307
