This is primarily a recipe guidebook, and not an etiquette and home-making manual -- it presents tested recipes and proven cooking practices, in an orderly guide for successful cuisine made at home. Blue cloth, no jacket, spine and corners show some wear, but internally a solid book. An early example of American cooking guidebooks and tastes in post-war America.
