First edition. Illustrations by F. Miller. Full cloth binding. Gilt lettering on spine faded a bit. A few odd faint marks on covers, possibly from fingernails? Half-title page has inscription between former owners. Some kind of glop dripped onto the inside of the front cover and dried into a 2-inch by quarter-inch splotch, plus a much smaller splotch directly below it, cosmetically a nuisance but not serious damage. 433 pages.
