Large fold-out map with hand coloring has a short closed tear along one of the folds at the front edge. Contents snugly bound and neat. Cloth binding is rough with spine perishing and missinf the middle 1/3 of the cloth, frayed and torn in the balance. Corners heavily bumped and bruised. Contents complete; a little bump/push to the fore edge of a small number of pages mid-text. Rebacking suggested. Thus fair to good only. Seller Inventory # 28869
