Tourist s Guide to The Royal Route: Oban to Inverness via The Caledonian Canal, Thomas Nelson and Sons, London, circa 1890, 74 pp, plus twelve colored plates, red cloth, 4.25 x 6 , 18mo. In good condition. Light wear to extremities with minor scuffing to corners and end bands. Small patch of sticker residue on bottom left hand corner of front board. Modest soiling overall to surface of cloth. Gilt work is bright and clean. Thomas Boyd Booksellers, Oban sticker on front pastedown. Front fly leaf irregularly toned. Some dampness staining/red cloth bleeding on frontispiece. Interior lightly toned with minor instances of foxing. Free of known markings. Binding tight and intact. Please see photos.
