Early Illustrated book from Walt Disney. Landscape Format, 10 1/4" Wide X 9" Tall. Cover Illustrated with the Hare pointing at the sweating Turtle who's in the lead. Full Page Frontis Colour Illustration shows the Tortoise and Hare at the start of the Race. Title Page has a B&W Line Drawing of the Hare. The left hand pages have text and the right have either colour or B&W Illustrations, many full page. The Hare is very expressive, super character. Slight edgewear and a little darkening to cover. No inscriptions. Pages in very nice, clean condition, colours bright. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Seller Inventory # 006060
