A fine set of representative stills promoting director Uli Edel's powerful award-winning film adaptation of Selby's controversial 1964 collection of interrelated prose pieces, based on a script by Selby and Desmond Nakano. The film starred Jennifer Jason Leigh )in an unforgettable role as Tralala), Stephen Lang, Burt Young, Jerry Orbach, et al.
