Very good. Concluded May 17, 1854, proclaimed July 17, 1854. This treaty was made at the city of Washington by George W. Manypenny. It provides for the cession of the 400-square mile tract on the Great Nemaha River, in southeast Nebraska. The Ioway reservation remained on adjoining land. EBERSTADT 56.
